Upcoming classes in Northolt

I'm planning to start a new class in a couple of weeks in Northolt (Between Ealing and Harrow- and on the Tube!) and I'd like to gauge interest and see when is a good time. Please either complete this short survey or drop me a line to let you know when would work for you.

The classes will be at Northolt Leisure Centre, which you can see on a map here.

Classes Underway!

Classes started this week, with the first of the beginner's sessions being held at 3pm on Sunday. We covered some basic punching techniques, some grappling and balance principles and the default defence.

There are still places available so please get in touch if you'd like to attend.

NB - next week's class is on Saturday, due to a double booking at the hall.
