Northolt Beginners' Class
The new beginners' course starts soon, and will continue for 6 weeks. It will be at Northolt Leisure Centre. To vote for the best time slot click here
This 6 week course will give you an introduction to the self defence systems developed to deal with hooligans, rough and footpads in Sherlock Holmes' London. Covering punching, kicking, grappling and the use of a walking stick, umbrella or parasol, this class will give effective self protection skills, as well a fun introduction to martial arts, both historical and modern. Each class will last for an hour and are suitable for all, regardless of previous experience, fitness or ability.
For the class you'll need comfortable sports wear and clean trainers.
The cost is £55 for 6 sessions, and you can either pay now with PayPal or contact me to reserve a place.

thanks for the fast reply I wondered if its ok to pay you in full on sunday I also noticed you are running a seperate bartitsu training day on sunday 11th of april would that mean that the beginners class would not be run that week?

Hi Tim,
Payment on the day is fine. The 11th April date is one of the things people can decide – either we switch it to a Saturday that week, or we skip a week. It’s pretty flexible either way.
